impressive stay but minor reception delay

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring great sleep during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful. they even went out of their way to arrange a taxi for us promptly.

This place suits me perfectly and offers free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped with parking during my first stay, which I fondly remember. Highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend getaway!

The Junior Suite with Executive Lounge Access was beautifully designed and comfortable, featuring a very good mattress. Staff were exceptionally helpful, responding promptly to our request for a kettle. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, including whole wheat bread rolls, but the lack of coffee makers in the room was an inconvenience.

I had a fantastic time in my uniquely designed space, especially with the comfortable beds and intriguing lounge area. The whole place felt like an art gallery, and the breakfast was an absolute delight!

It was just an excellent fit for a flash visit to Madrid with incredible value for money. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was surprisingly decent considering the overall experience. Just be prepared that the elevator can be quite chilly when carrying bags.

I thoroughly enjoyed the unique architectural design of the hotel, especially the spacious room that seamlessly blended comfort with style. The elevators were easy to navigate, making movement within the hotel convenient for someone like me.

More support with luggage for seniors would help.
